By purchasing, using and or engaging our product(s) and service(s) (virtual classroom, chats, videos, manuals, etc. )

You agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form (such information being the "Subscription/Purchase Form") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or ISOF8 Ventures, LLC has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, ISOF8 Ventures, LLC has the right to suspend or terminate your service/access and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof).

I acknowledge and agree that all information is presented for educational purposes only and ISOF8VENTURES.com, ISOF8 VENTURES, LLC  nor any of its officers, employees, agents or affiliates is recommending any securities, stocks, bonds, commodities, currencies, options, futures, real estate, or any financial or debt instrument of any kind for purchase or sale, nor providing investment or other advice regarding the advisability of purchasing or selling any of the same nor should any discussion in this medium be construed as a recommendation to buy or sell the same. I further agree that I am personally responsible for any investment or trading ideas I make and that I have consulted and/or will consult my financial advisors before making any investment or trading decision. I agree to indemnify and hold ISOF8VENTURES.com, ISOF8 VENTURES, LLC its affiliates, employees and partners harmless for any losses incurred from trading activity and/or damages derived from participation in THE SERVICE  conference environment( virtual classroom, chats, videos, manuals etc.). 

ISOF8VENTURES.com, ISOF8 VENTURES, LLC and/or employees of either corporation will make every effort to check the accuracy of its statements but does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of the information disseminated. Additionally, and/or employees of either corporation may or may not be holding positions long or short in securities discussed in this educational environment. 

I further agree that moderators, at their sole discretion, may terminate my subscription or access to  products and services at any time and without notice. Grounds for dismissal include, but are not limited to: violating service rules, self or other service promotion,  inappropriate language/comments, discrimination, promotion of companies or individuals, solicitation of user community and/or attempts to manipulate securities. 

By purchasing, using and/or engaging our product(s) and services, you acknowledge that the information contained herein is CONFIDENTIAL and you are not to disclose without written authorization.  You are further entering into a Non-Compete and verify you qualify as a non-professional per the participation and qualification status and further nor run or administer, with or without pay, a similar service or employed or associated with a financial publisher/Broker or trading service. 

That you will be receiving proprietary information that is the property of ISOF8VENTURES.com, ISOF8 VENTURES, LLC and shall in no way be recorded, reproduced, or regenerated in any form without the written permission of ISOF8VENTURES.com, ISOF8 VENTURES, LLC. This includes but is not limited to photocopying, scanning, webcam, and other electronic or mechanical processing, oral recital or demonstration or drawings. By purchasing, continuing, and participating, I acknowledge my agreement with all the foregoing statements.
